Our company beginning with the brokerage of fruits and vegetables in 1950 by Kemal YAĞCI, who is an elder of the family, took a step into the floury goods by establishing Brick Oven in Istasyon Street in Mardin in 1961. He established the biggest bread factory in Mardin in 1977. He revolved the management of the company to us, his children, in 1983. While it was continuing in its way as a family company in 1994, he made the institution, bought in 1995, the most modern one of the region by modernising it. It became a pioneer in the high quality and hygenic production by becoming a precedent in the sector. In addition, it has the speciality of being the first firm, providing the first production authority from the Ministry of Agriculture directly. The company, going on its investments in 2007, achieved the export of 60 tons of semolina, 30 tons of flour in 2008 and 2000 tons of flour in 2009. A foundation was established for producing natural goods and producing natural bread with the patisserie and floury goods in Mardin Industrial Site in 2006. Another institution, fabricating natural products, was established in Aydın/ Kuşadası in 2007. Our institution produces about 30 kinds of bread, all kinds of sweets and cakes in a closed area of 400 m2 opposite Istasyon Brigade. And approximately 45 employees, having social assurance, are hired.
The target of the company for 2010 is to reach the employment of 100, to export 15 000 tons of flour yearly and to make domestic market production of 8000 tons of flour.
Our flour institution completed itself as the semolina and flour factory with the support of Ministry of Agriculture and KOSGEB Organisation in 2008. And it supports the flour for bread, baklava and specials as raw product to the establishments of its constitution. Nevertheless, today it achieves the export of Wheat Flour for Bread and Wheat Bran to the North Iraq.
